Credits Associated with Enrollments

If you add an Enrollment for an ILT session that has associated credits, credits display in the Credits section of the Enrollment Detail View page. On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click   on the Enrollments menu to expand it.
  2. Click Enrollments.
  3. Click to expand the Filters section and search for the Enrollment you want.
  4. Rest your pointer on the Enrollment, and then click .
  5. Scroll down to bring the Credits section into view.

In the example above, the Enrollment has one credit associated with it. Click to display the Credit Details page.

How Users Achieve Credits

Enrolled users achieve all automatic credits when credits are mapped to the Enrollment after the Enrollment has ended. If the Enrollment has not ended, credits are mapped as pending. In addition, when users are enrolled in a past Enrollment, all corresponding credits are granted to the users.

Users must have a status of Approved or Force Enrolled and a post status of Completed or Passed in order to achieve the credits.

Users can select any available elected credits in the Current Enrollment section of the Control Center or the ILT Calendar prior to beginning a learning event.

For ILT and Virtual ILT Enrollments, credits are considered to be “pending” until a user completes the Enrollment and obtains the credit.

If the Multiple Credits feature is enabled for your LearnCenter, users can re-achieve credits they have previously achieved each time they complete an Enrollment.
